Frequent Questions about our linen rentals

Linen rental prices are per product, per stay and prices are given in 1 week and 2 week timeframes. When you select your product, you will enter your arrival and departure dates and a price will be calculated based on the number of nights in your stay. 

Please make sure you reserve your linens at least 72 hours prior to check in to guarantee delivery. If you are making a last minute order, please call us to confirm availability. A convenience fee of $25 will be added to any orders made less than 72 hours prior to check in. 

We offer linen delivery to the Ocean Isle Beach, NC area for renters and residential homeowners. We also offer linen services to all of the South Brunswick Islands for residential linen services. 

No. We provide the linens at delivery but it is your responsibility to make the beds.  We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Yes. Linen drop off and pick up are included in your order price for orders of more than $20. For orders $20 or under, a $10 delivery fee will apply. During checkout, please use the “shipping address” section to give us the address of your rental where you would like the linens dropped off.

No – you’re on vacation! 🙂  When you are leaving, please return all used linens to the black bag provided with the rental and put it on your porch for pick up.

Full refunds are given to orders cancelled at least 30 days prior to your rental. A 50% refund will be issued 29-14 days prior to rental. 13 days or less prior to rental WILL NOT be eligible for a refund
